Ingredients

  1. 250 gmwater
  2. 4big spn Tamarind
  3. 1 tspfennel seeds
  4. 1 tspcumin powder
  5. 1 tspgaram masala
  6. 1 tspred chili powder
  7. 1 tspblack salt
  8. White salt as per taste
  9. 2big spn sugar

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a pan and add all the ingredients except sugar

  2. 2

    Stir and cook on a medium flame for about 15 minutes

  3. 3

    Now add sugar and cook for 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Switch off the gas and keep aside for half an hour, strainer it, and keep in another bowl or jar.

  5. 5

    Use it with pakoda,dhi Bhalla, Tikki, chaat papdi, and a samosa
