Steam Amla in steamer.allow it to cool completely

Separate Amla fruit in pieces.grind mustard seeds to powder.heat oil till smoke comes out.

Add Fenugreek seeds and cook till becomes black.allow the oil to cool down.take Amla and all ingredients in big bowl pour oil on it mix well and rest for 30 minutes.then pour it in glass jar. It's shelf life is one year.no single drop of water is allowed so please make Amla pieces to cool down.tasty and yummy pickle is ready.goes well with Paratha,curd rice, pulao.do try this recipe.
