Ingredients

  1. 5 kgraw mango
  2. 250 ml +2tbspMustard oil
  3. 4 tbspfennel seeds
  4. 4 tbspfenugreek seeds
  5. 3 tspnigella (kalunji) seeds
  6. 4 tbspturmeric powder
  7. 2 tspred chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    First wash mangoes cut their eye wipe with clean clothes and cut it into small pieces when we cut mango they will 4 kg in weight without seeds

  2. 2

    Mix all the spices add oil in the spices mix it very well

  3. 3

    Add mangoes mix it very well when we put all mangoes pieces in the jar add three tbsp oil over it

  4. 4

    Keep them in air tight container after two day mix it with clean and dry spoon it will ready to eat after one month
