The fried bread in the butter is so delicious. I really love pastrami on rye with Swiss cheese. Then add my favorite ham, boiled, and favorite salami, Genoa salami, it's a delicious sandwich I call the buttery tower. I had this with some leftover homemade soup

Ingredients

1-2 servings
  1. 3 slicesJewish Rye bread
  2. 1/2 stickbutter softened
  3. 3 slicebeef pastrami luncheon meat
  4. 3 slicesboiled ham luncheon meat
  5. 10 slicesGenoa Salami luncheon meat
  6. 1vine ripened tomato
  7. As needediceburg lettuce
  8. 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  9. 1-1/2 teaspoonyellow prepared mustard
  10. 10 sliceskosher hamburger dill pickle chips
  11. To taste salt
  12. To taste ground black pepper
  13. To taste sub sandwich deli dressing
  14. 3 slicesaged Swiss cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Melt some of the butter in the pan spread enough on each slice of bread and fry in pan till toasted. Set aside.

    Shred the lettuce how you like it. Mix the mayonnaise and mustard. Slice tomatoes thin.

  3. 3

    Split the cheese in half tip to tip. Add mayo mustard mix to the toasted bread. Then add the meats and cheese.

    Add the pickles, lettuce, tomato, salt, and pepper. Get the deli dressing and shake it up to mix it.

    Add the dressing and stack the sandwich. Serve, I hope you enjoy!!!
