Buttery Tower

The fried bread in the butter is so delicious. I really love pastrami on rye with Swiss cheese. Then add my favorite ham, boiled, and favorite salami, Genoa salami, it's a delicious sandwich I call the buttery tower. I had this with some leftover homemade soup

Easy Creamy Croque Monsieur-style Toast Easy Creamy Croque Monsieur-style Toast
I love the croque monsieur served at a French style cafe I frequent. The regular way is to sandwich the filling between two slices of bread and to bake it, but you can enjoy the flavor with a version using just one slice of bread topped with the filling.-Adjust the amount of time it takes to cook the bechamel sauce depending on your microwave oven.-If you add a little nutmeg to your sauce, it really tastes like the type of thing you can get at a cafe. Pound Cake-Shaped Fluffy Butter-Top Bread Pound Cake-Shaped Fluffy Butter-Top Bread
A mini-sized butter top made in a pound cake pan bought at the dollar store. The butter is soaked in from the crack at the top, so it's plenty delicious as-is! I made this recipe for an easy size that lets you cut and store it.If you use your fingers to apply a thin layer of shortening to the pan, it'll come out really easily. For the first rising, make sure your room temperature is no higher than 28℃. This milky bread is very delicious. Recipe by Kyasachama cookpad.japan -

Fig Cake Fig Cake
This is a fig version of a fruit butter cake that came from my British mother-in-law who makes it with prunes. The original prune version tasted so delicious, so I looked for a good fruit substitute in Japan, and found figs to be the perfect fit!Since fresh fruit is used to bake this cake, it is also delicious on the day it is baked. The cake becomes more moist the next day, adding another level of delight. I love desserts with Johnny Tofu, but I can't buy it very often because it's over our budget. But I really want to eat it!! I came up with this recipe because of a greedy craving.I think it's smoother if you drain the tofu after stirring it up once, rather than draining it as is.If you like ginger, it's also good with ginger molasses. Fig Tart Fig Tart
This tart recipe uses fig syrup.Whenever I make this syrup, I crave this pie. Usually I use butter, but I replaced it with margarine this time. Use the same quantity as butter. You can also make the filling in a food processor. In this case, first make the tart crust, then make the filling. You won't need to clean the food processor in between. Recipe by OBU cookpad.japan
