Cooking Instructions

Cut paneer in cubes and toss it golden brown in oil or butter. Should not be fried much.

Now in the same oil add sliced onion. Toss it till it gets golden brown. Inbetween add elaichi, sauf, cloves, ginger, garlic, chillie. Toss with onion. Remove from flame when cool blend to make a paste.

Now add sm oil in pan. Add bay leaves and cinnamon. Then add the onion paste. Saute well. Add the dry masalas one by one. Keep tossing. When paste gets bit dry, add curd mixed with little water. Simmer and cover this mixture for 2 mins. Now add paneer pieces. Cover and let cook on low flame for 7-8 mins.

Lastly add little kasoori methi.. cover and cook for 2 more mins. Add little water if necessary. And your paneer is ready to be served. You can garnish with coriander leaves. Also cream. Serve with roti.
