Foolproof Banana Cake with Pancake Mix

I thought of a recipe that us child-rearing mothers could make together in our cooking club. I made this simple with pancake mix and melted butter so that anyone baking for the first time couldn't even fail. It's easy to make if using this recipe. It's a big hit.
The banana is fine if just roughly mashed. If mashing is too much work, you can just slice it and mix it into the cake batter. I used an aluminium pound cake pan (10 x 18 x 5 cm) from the 100 yen shop. The flavor of the banana will be stronger if you can held your hands on a ripe one.
Note: With the mold described above, I could slice my cake into 8-10 slices.
Since this is made with pancake mix, there's no way you can fail. Just measure the ingredients and mix until there are no flour streaks. Recipe by tsubasa1119

Fluffy Sponge Cake with Pancake Mix Fluffy Sponge Cake with Pancake Mix
I made this for my daughter who has an egg allergy. I think this cake is the closest to a normal sponge cake so far. I baked it the day before, and decorated it the day after, but the cake was still nice and soft. But, since it's so soft, and it may break when you slice in half, so be careful.Just mix. It gets too hot on the middle rack in our oven, so I bake it on the lower rack. But I think this may differ depending on your oven, so just take that as a reference. Bake for longer if needed. I made this because I received a lot of strawberries, and I felt like baking a strawberry shortcake. When whipping the eggs, it's faster if you use a double boiler. However, I wanted to prevent the cake from shrinking when cooling, so I waited until the eggs were returned to room temperature and before whipping them up carefully and slowly. Be sure to go relatively slowly during the last minute of whipping! This will ensure that your cake turns out fluffy and light!Use fresh eggs! Recipe by keikana cookpad.japan -
