Aate ka halwa

Pooja Singh @poojasingh
I have a sweet tooth and whenever I crave for something sweet plus filling I make aate ka halwa as a snacking item in the evening.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Take a kadai and heat 1 cup ghee
- 2
Add 1 cup wheat flour to it.
- 3
Now mix well without forming any lumps in it.
- 4
After sometime, you will see that the mixture start to turn golden.
- 5
After 20 mins the mixture will turn dark brown which shows that the wheat is completely cooked
- 6
Meanwhile, in another pan, take 1 cup sugar and 3 cups of water
- 7
Boil the water for 2 mins. You will see sugar syrup
- 8
Now pour the hot sugar syrup over the wheat mixture. Keep stirring so that any lumps are not formed
