Ingredients

  • 3medium size potato peeled, boiled and mashed
  • 1/4 cupghee
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1 teaspooncardamom powder
  • 4-5almonds

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan. add mashed potatoes and cook on medium heat until potatoes are slightly browned. It will take approximately 10-12 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add milk, sugar and cardamom powder and cook for 8 -10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add almonds and cashew nuts and, mix well.
    serve hot.
