Ingredients

  1. 200 Gmmilky mist paneer
  2. 3 tbsMaida
  3. to tasteSalt for maida paste coating
  4. 2 tbspudina green chutney
  5. 2 tbstomato sauce or chilli sauce
  6. For gravy
  7. 1big onion chopped
  8. 2tomatoes chopped
  9. 2 tbsoil
  10. 1 tbsp eachGinger garlic paste
  11. 1 tbspAmul cream
  12. 3 tbspMilk
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 1/2 tspRed chiily kashmiri
  15. 1/4 tspTurmeric
  16. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  17. as neededCoriander leaves chopped for garnishing
  18. 1bay leaf
  19. 1 "piece cinnamon
  20. 2cloves
  21. 1 green cardamom
  22. as neededOil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    First cut paneer into big square and cut from centre for filling and maida paste ready to dip paneer pieces.

    Heat oil in a pan add onion and saute till golden then add ginger garlic paste or chopped saute for a minute add tomato chopped saute till leaves the oil. Cool it and grind in the mixy. And keep 2 tbs spare add pinch of salt.

    Now divide the paneer in three portion in one portion fill pudina chutney,second tomato or chilli sauce and third masala fill which we had keep spare

    Now heat oil in a wok and dip one by one piece in maida batter and deep fry like all. Now heat 1 tsp oil and add all dry masala saute it nice aroma came add grinded paste saute a little add all dry ingredients and 1 cup hot water and boil for 3 minutes then add cream and mix well add milk also thick the gravy as you need but little thick because we have to pour on the paneer when serving

    Garnish with coriander chopped leaves serve hot with Parantha nan and kulcha enjoy with guests and family
