  11. 2-3green cardamom pods
  12. 5-6black pepper corns
  13. 4-5cloves
  14. 1 cuptomato puree
  15. 1 cuponion paste
  16. 1 kgchicken
  17. as neededvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a wok

    Add all the whole spices and crackle them.

  3. 3

    Add onion paste and saute for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add turmeric, Kashmiri mirch, and coriander powder, mix well.

  6. 6

    Add tomato puree and salt to taste. Cook till mushy.

  7. 7

    Add garam masala and chicken pieces, mix well. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.

  8. 8

    Add 2-3 cups of water and cook for 5 minutes or till chicken is done. Now our Chicken curry is ready
