Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    For kofta÷mix paneer with bread crumbs and pinch of salt and black pepper powder and chaat masala. gently by using some milk

    Make small balls and deep fry keep separate

  3. 3

    For curry÷roast jeera,garlic and ginger

  4. 4

    Now add chopped onions

  5. 5

    Just roast for 2 or 3 minutes then add two tablespoons sugar and add tomatoes

  6. 6

    Add all the spices then simmer for 7 to 8 minutes not too long and make paste or smooth curry

    Now in same oily pan put paste of only two tomatoes and add pinch of black pepper powder and turmeric and kitchen king

  8. 8

    Now after 2 minutes add paste and estimated milk for smooth curry and add koftas

  9. 9

    After one boil turn off the gas

  10. 10

    Yummy restaurant style kofta curry ready in few minutes

Good. But next time avoid bread crumb as it will soak oil. Use potatoes instead will give more taste.
