  1. 2 tspAssam tea leaves powder
  2. 200 mlWater
  3. 2Green Cardamom
  4. 2clove
  5. 1 inchCinnamon stick
  6. 1 tspGinger
  7. 200 mlMilk
  8. 4 tspSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Take a stone grinder add cardamom, cloves and cinnamon crushed well and then add ginger again crushed well and kept a side.

    Take a bowl add glass of water. Once water boiled add masala cook 2 minutes. And then add tea powder again cooked 2 minutes. Add room temperature milk again cooked 2 minutes.

    And strain the tea with strainer to another bowl. Add sugar mix well. Masala Chai ready to serve.
