Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1Onion
  2. 1Mushrooms (king oyster, shimeji, button, shiitake)
  3. 3 tbspeach of water, ketchup, sake; 2 tablespoons japanese worcestershire sauce A) Ingredients
  4. 100 mlHeavy cream or Milk
  5. 1 tbspFlour
  6. 400 gramsBeef
  7. 1Salt, pepper, butter

Cooking Instructions

    Combine the A) ingredients.

    Cut the vegetables. Thinly slice the onion.

  3. 3

    Heat butter in a frying pan and cook the onions and mushrooms on medium heat.

  4. 4

    Once tender, add the meat and season with salt and pepper. Once the meat browns, add the flour.

  5. 5

    Once the flour has blended in, pour in the A) ingredients and cook on medium heat until thickened.

    Once thickened, pour in the heavy cream, and it's done.
