Easy Blueberry Jam

Since I had plenty of blueberries, I thought I'd make jam.
Since there is no water added in Step 1, please be careful not to burn them. Don't step away from the pot.
The jam will harden after it cools down, so transfer to a jar while it's still warm.
Please adjust the amount of sugar to taste. Recipe by umemodoki

Reduced Sugar Blueberry Jam Easily Made in the Microwave Reduced Sugar Blueberry Jam Easily Made in the Microwave
This is how I've been making this jam for a long time (you can make this in a pot too). If you are making half the amount, also use half the cooking time. This jam is low in sugar. If you are storing it for a long period of time, add 50% more sugar. The consistency of the jam will differ depending upon the sugar content. The jam will be a bit runny at first, but it will thicken on the next day. If you are unable to boil the jar in water, simply sterilize with boiling water. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221. cookpad.japan -

Blueberry Jam, Made in the Microwave Blueberry Jam, Made in the Microwave
I came up with this as a way to use and preserve the blueberries we harvested. It's been said recently that the scum contains polyphenol, so it might be OK not to skim? The jam will be runny when you take it out of the microwave, but will harden when chilled. Be careful not to let it boil over, and mind you don't burn yourself. Recipe by Momopanda cookpad.japan -
