Cooking Instructions

heat the olive oil in the pan and sauté half the onion and carrot for 3 minutes

using your hands squeeze out the excess liquid from the apple mix together the apple, chicken, sautéed onion and carrot, raw chopped onion, parsley, thyme, bread crumbs, stock cubes and chop for a few seconds in the food processor

add a pinch of salt and pepper
- 4
with your hands, form mixture in about 20 balls
- 5
roll them in flour and fry them in little oil until slightly golden and cooked through
