4 servings
  1. 15Biscuits
  2. 2bars Milk chocolate
  3. 200 mlHeavy cream
  4. 1Milk
  5. 1Cocoa powder
  6. 1Powdered Sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt over a hot water bath.

  2. 2

In a bowl, beat the cream using a hand mixer. Pour in the melted chocolate.

  3. 3

Quickly mix together with a whisk to finish making the chocolate cream.

  4. 4

Wrap a plate in plastic wrap. Pour some of the cream on the wrap, then arrange the milk-soaked biscuits in a log with about 1cm thick of cream between each biscuit.

  5. 5

Cover the entire cake in the cream. Smooth the surface.

  6. 6

Put the cocoa powder in a tea strainer and dust the surface of the cake. Wrap with plastic wrap and let chill overnight. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.

  7. 7

When you serve it, make diagonal cuts. (This way, you will get lines of biscuits)

  8. 8

This is decorated to make a Christmas cake.
