Ingredients

  1. 1 sachetMacaroni
  2. 1/3of Cabbage ball
  3. Green beans
  4. 1 tspGarlic paste
  5. 2Red bell peppers
  6. 5Scotch bonnets
  7. 1Red onga seasoning
  8. 2Onion bulbs
  9. Oil
  10. Seasoning
  11. Boiled beef
  12. Pepper mix
  13. PinchSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Heat up oil in a pot. Add half of the sliced onions, followed by boiled meat. Stir fry for some minutes. Then add in the cut red bell peppers and stir.

    Add in your pepper mix (blended tomatoes, scotch bonnets and red peppers), garlic paste and continue frying. Add in the diced veggies and mix well.

    Add your seasonings, red onga and salt. Add Little amount of water and let it boil. Then pour the parboiled macaroni and stir well. Pour the other half of the onion.

    Simmer for some minutes and turn off the heat. Done and serve hot!
