I wanted a delicious way to use up egg yolks!
The dough is soft, so the cookies naturally take on the shape that's shown in the picture!
They'd be good with some matcha green tea!!!!
If you want crispy cookies, just fold the dry ingredients without kneading the dough! Recipe by Poppucandy

It seems like salted cookies are the latest thing... here's my version of them!Adjust the baking time. This is a great snack for kids who have egg or butter allergies. Also, these are healthy cookies, and great for those who are on a diet. When you drop a spoonful of the mixture onto the baking tray, it's better to leave a little mound rather than press them flat. Recipe by Touko mama

Butter and Egg-free Chocolate Nut Cookies
I wanted to make cookies but I had no butter! So I tried making them with vegetable oil and they turned out alright. The dough contains almonds, so if it crumbles when you cut it, gently push it back into shape. The dough is easy to cut, so you don't have to leave it to chill for so long. For 36 cookies. Recipe by nyonta

Salted Shortbread Cookies with Olive Oil
I created this recipe for my nephew, who has food allergies. With a lot of trial and error, I tried to imitate the taste of the shortbread sold at a Japanese confectionery shop in my hometown. At the time, I didn't know about Cookpad, so I had to experiment a lot. These shortbread cookies should be light-colored, so please adjust the cooking time and temperature according to your oven to make sure they don't burn. Definitely try to use extra virgin olive oil. The flavor will make you feel like olive oil is a kind of juice. Recipe by Barumako

My Own Personal Salted Cookies
If I eat any more, then I will no longer be as to fit into the suit I wear for graduations and opening ceremonies. I want to make and eat them so much, it makes me want to scream...I made delicious salt cookies that are just barely healthy. These are also satisfying, so even just a little should be enough.*This is an important healthy recipe to me no matter what.*1 tablespoon of butter or margarine has the same amount of calories. I thought vegetable oil has fewer calories, but oil actually has more. Recipe by +pocopoco+

Egg Yolk Peanut Butter Cookies
I needed a recipe to use up the four egg yolks I had left over from making meringues so I made these! I overbaked mine (18 min in a toaster oven) so definitely bake for less time than that. Also, the egg whites are optional - mine were again, leftovers. Adapted from Deb72's "Mrs Fields Soft and Chewy Peanut Butter Cooky"

Casoy Cookies (egg-free)
Cashew nuts are one of my top nutty-favourites. If you’re into shortbreads then you’ll definitely adore this cookie. Casoy cookies’ texture is quite similar to shortbreads and has a toasty-nutty-buttery after-taste, too. They’re awesome quick and easy m-to-make snacks, super yummy especially with any kinds of coffee - rain or shine! Enjoy! 🤎🤍

Egg-Free Strawberry Jam Cookies
I wanted to make a simple flavored cookie that used strawberry jam instead of sugar, so I came up with this recipe. You can use other flavored jams if you want. The katakuriko makes these cookies crunchy. I also used as little vegetable oil as possible. You can make these even at the last minute since the whole process only takes about 30 minutes!Keeping the temperature at 180℃ while baking is no problem, but they will darken. The baking time will change depending on the dough and the size of the cookies. During the last 10 minutes of baking, pay attention and adjust as necessary. If the dough is difficult to handle in Step 3, chill in the refrigerator. Recipe by Minimame

Cut-Out Cocoa Cookies with Rice Flour
Rice flour is pretty popular, and I had some left over, so I used it to make cookies. With the leftover egg white, make Egg White Cookies..I use half rice flour and half cake flour, but you could use either. You could also add chocolate chips. It's got an Oreo-like texture, so for kids you could make cookie sandwiches using jam or cream, and that's very delicious. Recipe by Chibipurin

Eggless Sugar Cookies
This was given to me by a dear friend who's son was allergic to eat eggs. This can be eaten raw, however, there is a small risk eating raw flour.

Egg-free Cornmeal Cookies
I wanted to make a healthy snack made with cornmeal, so after many attempts, I came up with this. They also come out great if made with vegetable oil. If using vegetable oil, 10 g will give you a biscuit-type cookie and 20 g will give you more of a cookie texture. (adjust the amount of milk depending on how much oil you use.)Gradually add in the milk while keeping an eye on the dough. I think the amount of flour needed will differ depending on the brand. If the dough becomes too loose, use cornmeal to dust the dough with while rolling it out. Recipe by Minimame

Flour & Oil Free Okara Cookies
I have been making nothing but okara cake recently, and wanted to eat lots of cookies. But i wanted to keep the calorie count low. That limits on what ingredients I could use so I gave up on making them crispy and decided to switch gears and make them chewy. So I made these. But I don't know if these this chewy bites can be called cookies. But I don't know how else to to call them, so they are cookies.Mix the ingredients well. Adjust the time according to your oven. You can eat these freshly baked from the oven. The surface isn't so crispy, but you'll enjoy the chewy texture. As time goes by, they may lose their crispiness. Please keep that in mind. These are similar to the cookies I made in kindergarten, except they used beet sugar.Try making them with your choice of sugar. Crispy Egg Cookies
I have been making these cookies for a long time. You don't need to sift the cake flour, but if you're using cocoa powder, sift them together.Cookies taste better when you rest the dough, but if you don't have time, omit the step. You can make cookies even with 1 beaten egg. Using only egg yolks makes the cookies more moist. Recipe by Shihosuke

Eggless chocolate almond cookies
One of my favourite: Chocolate Almond Cookies. Chocolaty goodness in each bite.

Eggless chocolate chips cookies
#HealthyJunior. Kids are chocoholic, so try this chocolaty, healthy cookies made with wheat flour, cocoa powder and choco chips. These chocolate chips cookies are so fudgy that a tall glass of cold milk and cookies taste delicious especially, when they are served hot from the oven. The extra long chill gives the dough a chance to hydrate fully and firm up, which yields more uniformly baked cookies, with the perfect amount of crunch around the edges and chew in the center.

Easy & Egg-free Baked Cocoa Cookies
I wanted to make this for a friend's child that has allergies. They were quite pleased! You can also put all the ingredients in a plastic bag and mash them together. When pressing it all together into the log, you want it about the firmness of your earlobe. You don't need to let it chill in the refrigerator before cutting, but if it starts to break apart, you can use a little more milk. Please adjust the baking time according to your oven.
