I made these pancakes with minimal ingredients and simplified the steps as much as possible.

If using a non-stick frying pan, there's no need to put in oil. But if it looks like they are going to stick, butter the pan as needed. Recipe by erinco

Ingredients

25 servings
  1. 1 bagPancake mix
  2. 50 mlMilk
  3. 2Ripe bananas

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Put the bananas in a plastic bag and mash them up with your hands.

  2. 2

Add the pancake mix and milk, and continue rubbing the ingredients together. And with that, the batter is ready.

  3. 3

Cut off the tip from one corner of the bag, squeeze out the batter to about a 5 cm circle onto a frying pan, cook both sides over low to medium heat until golden brown, and they are done!

  4. 4

By the way, for delicious pancakes, use bananas with a lot of brown spots (as shown in the photo). Plus, they will be easier to mash up.

  5. 5

As a general guide line, when the pancakes are bubbly on top, they are ready to be flipped over.

  6. 6

They look pretty decorated with cute faces using chocolate decorating pens, too!
