Spinach Quiche

Cooking quiche seems difficult,but this recipe is easy without the troublesome crust making.This dish very useful for welcoming guests.You can make it without an oven.You can save time by using a microwave and toaster.

Cooking Instructions

Finely chop the ham.Blanch the spinach,and cut into 3cm long pieces.melt butter in a frying pan. Stir fry the ham and spinach quickly,and cool them down.

Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Add fresh cream,milk,1(above),pepper,nutmeg,shredded cheese and mix everything together.

Grease the cocotte plates with butter and put 2(above)in them.Cover the plates with a plastic weap and heat them in the microwave at 500 Watts for 3-4 minutes.Remove the wrap and place them in a toaster oven until slightly brown.(Cooking in the oven at 180℃ for 30 minutes is also okay.)
