Ingredients

About 30 minutes
For 3 cocotte plates(10cm  in diameter)
  1. 50 gSliced ham
  2. Spinach About 1/2bundle(80-90g)
  3. 2Eggs
  4. 1/4 cupFresh cream
  5. 1/4 cupMilk
  6. Pepper and nutmeg A little
  7. 1 tablespoonButter
  8. 50 gShredded cheese

Cooking Instructions

About 30 minutes

    Finely chop the ham.Blanch the spinach,and cut into 3cm long pieces.melt butter in a frying pan. Stir fry the ham and spinach quickly,and cool them down.

    Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Add fresh cream,milk,1(above),pepper,nutmeg,shredded cheese and mix everything together.

    Grease the cocotte plates with butter and put 2(above)in them.Cover the plates with a plastic weap and heat them in the microwave at 500 Watts for 3-4 minutes.Remove the wrap and place them in a toaster oven until slightly brown.(Cooking in the oven at 180℃ for 30 minutes is also okay.)
