5 Minute Pancake Mix Cookies

I wanted to eat something sweet but really didn't feel like going out to the store. The only ingredients I had that looked like I could make something from were pancake mix, oil, and milk! But when I attempted to make cookies, they came out delicious! Since you only have to microwave them for 2 minutes, they're so easy to make.

There really aren't any hints. No matter how you make them they will turn out delicious Don't burn them too much. Check on them as they cook. Recipe by Pinkushushu

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 100 gramsPancake mix
  2. 2 tspVegetable oil
  3. 1Milk
  4. 1 tbspSugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Add the pancake mix, vegetable oil, and milk to a plastic baggie and rub everything together! Base the amount of milk added on the consistency of the dough. If the dough doesn't stick to your hands, it should be just right.

  2. 2

Then just place the dough on parchment paper and microwave for 1 minute 40 seconds. They're done!! If you like crunchy cookies, microwave them for 2 minutes so that they brown a little bit.

  3. 3

This is what they look like after microwaving for 2 minutes, though it does depend on how thick the cookies are If you chill them in the freezer, they will be even crunchier! They will be soft if you eat them as is. It's your choice.
