Ingredients

  1. 1firm tofu
  2. Grated ginger
  3. Minced shallots
  4. White pepper
  5. Spring onion
  6. Halfcup beansprout chopped
  7. 1little salt
  8. 1 tbspcooking wine

Cooking Instructions

    Heat pan and pour cooking oil.Then dropbthe.mixture and stir fry.When done srt aside to cool.Meanwhile wash the squid and remove the inwards.Pat dry and pour cooking wine.Rub it in and out

    When the mixture is ready stuffed it slowly inside the squid.Heat grill pan and brush it with oil.Heat a while then place the squid and grilled it.Slice before serving.
