Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2Beef Steak
  2. 1Onion
  3. 50 mleach Soy sauce & mirin
  4. 1 dashSalt and pepper
  5. 1 pieceBeef fat
  6. 1 tbspVegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and then sauté the onion over medium heat. Add the soy sauce and mirin and simmer for a few minutes to make the sauce.

    Melt the beef fat in the heated pan. Season both sides of the steak with salt and pepper, then cook in the pan over high heat until both sides are crisp.

    Wrap it up in aluminum foil to seal in the juices. When it has cooled, cut into thin pieces. Top generously with the onion sauce and serve.
