I turned a recipe for a honey marinade that I saw in a cookbook into a slightly refreshing flavor This makes the perfect accompaniment to thickly flavored dishes or as a snack when entertaining guests.

Ingredients

  1. 1pack Cherry tomatoes
  2. 1 tbspLemon juice
  3. 1 tbspHoney

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes.

  2. 2

    Make the marinade. Place the honey and lemon juice into a storage container (such as Tupperware, etc.) and mix well.

  3. 3

    Boil water in a pot and add the cherry tomatoes. After 10 seconds, immediately soak them in cold water.

  4. 4

    Remove the skins from the tomatoes and add to the marinade from Step 2. Use a spoon to scoop the marinade over the tomatoes to gently blend in the flavors.

    Chill in the refrigerator and it's done.
