Stir-Fried Asparagus with Butter Soy Sauce

I always make asparagus with butter and soy sauce, but wanted to add something a little more... so, I tried adding some Balsamic vinegar.

-The key is the balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 12stalks Asparagus
  2. 10 gramsButter
  3. 1 tbspSoy sauce
  4. 1 tspBalsamic vinegar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the root ends off of the asparagus. Heat the butter in a frying pan and stir-fry the asparagus.

  2. 2

    Once the asparagus has cooked through, add the soy sauce and Balsamic vinegar. Mix until evenly coated to finish.
