Golden Beets with Grape Leaves

I made stuffed grape leave on my recipe stuffed grape leaves batch 5. I had a bunch of leaves leftover. So I chopped them up along with golden beets. So here is the delicious recipe.
Cooking Instructions

Blanch the leaves in boiling lemon juice and water mixture for three minutes. Just bring the mixture up to boil add leaves and submerge and allow to steep for 3-7 minutes. And remove from mixture.

Chop up the unused leaves. Peel and dice the golden beets. Melt the butter in a pot and melt add chopped beets and leaves and stir to coat.

Simmer and add water. Turn to low heat covered and cook stirring occasionally for 30 minutes. If need be add more water. Serve I hope you enjoy!!! I had mine with hot vinegar pepper sauce.
