  1. 2 cupssticky rice
  2. 1/2 cupcooked rice
  3. 1 cupyoghurt or nono
  4. 1/2 cupsugar
  5. 1/2tea spn salt
  6. 1/2 tea spoonbaking powder
  7. 2 tea spoonyeast
  8. 1medium chopped onion
  9. Oil for frying
  10. Spring onion soup
  11. 5tomato
  12. 3red bell peppers
  13. 2scotch pepper
  14. 1medium onion
  15. 3spring onion
  16. Beef & beef stock
  17. 1/2 tea spoonsalt
  18. 2maggi
  19. 1onga classic
  20. 1/2 tea spooncurry & thyme
  21. 1ginger
  22. 2 serving spoonoil

Cooking Instructions

    Soak sticky rice for hours, over night or until its easily crumbles when press & cook the other 1/2 cup until soft then add it onto the soaked rice & the rest of the ingredient & blend or grind then cover for 1 hour & allow to rise. Then oil your masa pan & start frying flip to fry the other side to fry & repeat the process until batter is finishe.

    For the spring onion soup its just like normal stew but at the end you add the chopped spring onion. Start by washing & blending or grinding the tomato, red bell & scotch pepper & the onion add into a pot & cook until water dry’s out then add in oil & fry for some minutes then add the beef & beef stock add in the seasonings & ginger.

    Cook until it begins to thicken then add in the copped spring onion & cook for another couple of minutes then off the heat & serve.😋😋😋

Yes i did not add it, i just mention it for those who want that lil sour taste in the masa. You can add it after grinding b4 frying also it helps in raising the masa paste.
