  1. Cooked meat
  2. Spinach
  3. 🧂 salt & seasoning
  4. Tomato 🍅 paste
  5. Onions
  6. Ginger
  7. 2 serving spoonpalm oil q

    Wash your meat add into a pot on heat add in some sliced onions, ginger and salt. Cover and allow to cook until soft and tender. Then remove from heat and set aside. In a separate pot add in some pallets oil and fry with some 🧅 onion then add in the tomato 🍅 paste.

    Stir and fry for a couple of minutes then add in the cooked meat with the broth add in some seasoning add in the sliced, washed spinach stir, cook for some time when spinach is cooked then off heat and serve with the masa and enjoy!

    Some people incorporate crumbled ground nut 🥜 or ground nut paste into their masa soup. But you can also do it like this👌
