Ingredients

  1. Yam
  2. water
  3. Blender

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and cut your yams into small pieces wash it

  2. 2

    Place your yams into blender add little water blend it thick and smooth

    Pour the blended yam into a clean pot place on medium heat keep stirring with the wooden spatula till thickens

  4. 4

    Scrap the yam from the side of the pot Add little water and cover to steam and cooked for about 10-15minutes

  5. 5

    When its well cooked the water is dry turn up the gas

  6. 6

    Your pounded yam is ready😋
