Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 1 cupwarm water
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 2 tbspnyeast
  5. 2 tbspnbutter (melted)
  6. 1/4tspn of salt
  7. 1large egg
  8. 1 cupmilk
  9. 1 tbspnvanilla flavour
  10. 1 tbspnwhite vinegar
  11. Sesame (ridi)

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl mix the flour, salt together dissolve the yeast sugar in warm water for 5-10 minutes

    Gradually add the flour, one cup at a time to the liquid and mix throughly until the dough pulls away from d sides of the bowl

  3. 3

    Turn the dough out onto a floured surface to knead, put flour on your kneading surface to prevent sticking

    Let the dough rest and grease a bowl with oil cover it wid towel nd keep warm until the dough doubles about 1to 2 hours

    Rise the baking pan wid oil or butter nd sprinkle flour over it

  6. 6

    Then divide the dough by making balls nd put the sesame

  7. 7

    Cover it wid kitchen towel for 30 to 40 minutes to double it size

  8. 8

    After it double size

  9. 9

    Bake in a low heat for 30 to 45 minutes until the loaves are golden brown
