Ingredients

  1. 2Cucumbers
  2. 1 canCanned tuna
  3. 1scatter on top (to taste) Shio-kombu
  4. 1drizzle Sesame oil
  5. 1(to taste)♪ Sesame seeds
  6. 1as much as your like Ra-yu or Tabasco

Cooking Instructions

    Roughly chop the cucumbers (I recommend rough chopping, they keep their fresh and crisp texture this way).

  2. 2

    Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix. If you want a spicy kick, add ra-yu chili oil or Tabasco.

  3. 3

    You can eat it straight away, but if you chill if for a while in the fridge, the flavours will penetrate the cucumber better.
