Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2rolls Unsliced hotdog buns or soft rolls
  2. 20 gramsKinako
  3. 10to 15 grams, (to taste) Sugar
  4. 1Frying oil

Cooking Instructions

    Use storebought rolls.

  2. 2

    Mix the kinako and sugar together in a shallow tray (or on a plate). Use as much sugar as you like!

  3. 3

    Deep fry the rolls in 160°C oil, about 10 seconds on each side.

  4. 4

    Coat the fried bread on both sides with the kinako-sugar mix.

  5. 5

    Done!
