Easy Strawberry Milk Yogurt Pudding

I created this recipe because I wanted to make a strawberry dessert without heavy cream.

I used the gelatin, which dissolves in hot water this time. When you are using the one, which need to be soaked in water, microwave it for at least 20 seconds, and make sure to dissolve it. Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 120 grams★Strawberries
  2. 30 grams★Sugar (or more as desired)
  3. 1 tsp★Lemon juice
  4. 100 gramsYogurt
  5. 100 gramsMilk
  6. 5 grams○Gelatin
  7. 3 tbsp○Hot water

Cooking Instructions

    Add the ★ ingredients into a bowl, and mash the strawberries with the tip of a whisk. (Adjust the lumpiness to your liking.)

    When the water comes out from the strawberries, add the yogurt and milk, then mix well with the whisk. Add the ○ ingredients, and mix some more. Chill in the fridge to harden.
