I though of a recipe where you can eat a lot of cabbage.Drain the cabbage well.I really recommend adding the umami seasoning.Add coarsely ground pepper if you like! I put a lot in. Recipe by EnjoyKitchen

I remember the awful smell of my grandmother boiling cabbage. I couldn't believe anyone would willingly eat something that smelled that bad. As an adult I discovered fried cabbage and it has become a tradition at my house on Easter and New Years. It's not a light dish, but not much southern cooking is! Taken in moderation, it's very tasty.

So simple and easy to make was wanting to make stuffed cabbage so I threw this together.
