Ingredients

  1. 1 packspaghetti
  2. Blended tomatoes red peoper and scotch bonnet
  3. Chopped or grated onions
  4. Chopped spring onions
  5. Powdered garlic and ginger
  6. Seasoning to taste
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Black pepper
  9. Ajinomoto
  10. Curry
  11. 2sardines

Cooking Instructions

    Parboil spaghetti

  2. 2

    Put blended vegetables in a pot and bring to boil until all the water has vanished

  3. 3

    Add oil and onions and sauté for 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Add spices and continue to sauté. Add water (however be careful not to put too much water as the spaghetti is already par boiled)

  5. 5

    Bring it boil. Add the spaghetti and cover pot

  6. 6

    Lastly when almost done, add mashed sardines and spring onions and allow to cook for 2 minutes

  7. 7

    Best served hot.
