I wanted to make a sweet bread dough that would go well with anything.

Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 300 gramsBread flour
  2. 4 gramsSalt
  3. 35 gramsSugar
  4. 10 gramsSkim milk powder
  5. 30 gramsEgg
  6. 4 gramsDried yeast
  7. 1+150 ml Water
  8. 25 gramsUnsalted butter

Cooking Instructions

    Add all of the ingredients except for the butter into a bowl and knead. Once the dough comes together, add the butter and continue kneading.

    Round it off into a smooth ball. Place into a bowl and let rise for the 1st time, until doubled.

  3. 3

    After rising, divide the dough into 10 balls and let sit for 20 minutes. Fold in your choice of filling and let rise a second time until they double in size again.

    If you like, coat with egg, and then bake for 13-15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C.
