Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1/2 cupoil for mixing (plus more for frying)
  3. Little salt
  4. Water (for mixing)

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, sift together flour and salt

  2. 2

    Add oil and mix

  3. 3

    Add water and make a dough

  4. 4

    Cover bowl for 10mins

  5. 5

    Roll out dough and cut into balls

  6. 6

    Sprinkle some flour on a working surface, take 1 ball at a time and roll

  7. 7

    Heat oil in a pan and fry in batches

  8. 8

    Serve!
