Ingredients

3 people
  1. 2 cupsmacaroni
  2. 4big Chopped carrot
  3. 1big shredded green pepper
  4. 1/2 cupoil
  5. 1medium smoked fish
  6. Sliceonion
  7. Grated red pepper
  8. Bay leave
  9. Salt / seasoning
  10. Spice

Cooking Instructions

40minute
  1. 1

    Add your macaroni to parboil for 5 minutes

  2. 2

    Stir fry your onion, greenpepper, carrot, grated red pepper, cut your smoked fish into pieces and stir fry all together and keep aside

  3. 3

    Add oil to pot,add bay leave add your seasoning,add your macaroni to it and fry for 7 minutes,add a little water to cook for 5 minutes,add your other fried ingredients to it and allow to steam for 5 minutes
