Cooking Instructions

Wash the beans (15minutes)

Grind the washed beans together with onions.
If the tomatoes and pepper isn't grinded, wash and grind together with the beans (15 minutes) - 3
Peel the potatoes and boil until soft. Boil the egg and green peas (15minutes)

Cut the boiled potatoes and egg into small sizes (10 minutes)

Add the seasonings, Maggi and salt (to your taste), add palm oil and ground nut oil (I prefer mixing the two since palm oil is healthier) and mix well (5minutes)

Pour the mixed beans into a leather, add the egg, potatoes and green peas in it, and tye.
Put in water on fire, when you are done tying. Shake well before putting in water. (20 minutes depends on amount) - 7
Remove from fire when it is done and serve on a plate with yaji(pepper) (30 minutes)
Can be served with pap or custard
