Super Simple Milky Bread in a Bread Maker

Our go-to bread that's fluffy!

Well, since this is really simple and you just use a bread maker.
Since it uses half milk and water, the milky flavor is not overwhelming.
Eat it however you like. I think eating it straight out of the oven the best. Recipe by *choko*

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 250 gramsStrong bread flour
  2. 15 gramsButter
  3. 18 gramsSugar
  4. 8 gramsSkim milk powder
  5. 3 gramsSalt
  6. 90 mlWater
  7. 90 mlMilk
  8. 3 gramsDry yeast

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put all the ingredients in the bread maker! If you have a dry yeast case, use that.

  2. 2

    Bake on the standard white bread course.

  3. 3

    And it's complete. What a great smell!

    A soft and tender crumb.
