Ingredients

  1. 300 gramsBeef
  2. 1 largeOnion
  3. 1 canMushrooms (optional)
  4. 30 gramsButter
  5. 4 tbspFlour
  6. 50 mlRed wine
  7. 1 can★ Canned tomatoes
  8. 3 tbsp★ Ketchup and Japanese Worcestershire sauce
  9. 2 tbsp★ Soup stock granules
  10. 1 tspSugar
  11. 50 mleach ★ Milk and water
  12. 3leaves ★ Bay leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare the ingredients. Slice the onion thinly.

  2. 2

    Melt the butter in a pan, and saute the onion until soft. Add the beef and continue sauteing.

  3. 3

    When the beef is cooked, add the flour and saute for another 3 minutes, taking care not to let it burn.

  4. 4

    Add all the ★ ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes and it's done! Take the bay leaves out before serving.

    Add some green peas on top if you like.
