When I was experimenting and trying to come up with egg-free cookies, I stumbled upon these crispy and crunchy sablé cookies.

Ingredients

35 servings
  1. 150 gramsCake flour
  2. 50 gramsSugar
  3. 70 gramsMargarine

Cooking Instructions

    Microwave the margarine for about a minute at 600 W and mix with the sugar with a spoon until thickened.

    Add cake flour, and mix.

    Once the mixture is blended as illustrated in the picture.

    Place the dough on top of a sheet of plastic wrap.

  5. 5

    Shape into a roll while wrapping in the plastic wrap.

  6. 6

    Then cut it into slices.

  7. 7

    Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 170℃ / 340℉. The baking time differs depending on the oven, so please adjust it accordingly.
