  1. 1 lbGround Chicken
  2. 3x Aidell Green Chile-Habanero Chicken Sausages (diced)
  3. 1x medium White Onion, roasted & diced
  4. 4 cansRoasted, Diced Green Chiles
  5. 2 cansWhite Beans, drained & rinsed
  6. 2x Serrano Peppers, roasted & finely chopped
  7. 12x Tomatillos, roasted & finely chopped
  8. 1/2 bunchCilantro (leaves only), finely chopped
  9. 1/4 bunchSpinach (leaves only), finely chopped
  10. 2 TbspChicken Bullion Paste
  11. 1 cupNegra Modelo
  12. 5-6 cupsWater
  13. Salt
  14. Pepper
  15. Paprika
  16. Cumin
  17. Chile Powder
  18. Garlic Powder
  19. Oregano
  20. Thyme
  21. Tortillas or Tortilla chips
  22. Limes

Cooking Instructions

    Saute chicken, until cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, chile powder

  2. 2

    Add onion, chile's, beans, chopped mixture of cilantro, spinach, Serrano, Tomatillos. Add beer, water, bullion. Add garlic, oregano, thyme. Add sausage pieces.

    Bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer until chicken is tender and water is cooked down to desired level.

    Serve with tortillas and lime wedges.
