  • 1 lbGround Chicken
  • 3x Aidell Green Chile-Habanero Chicken Sausages (diced)
  • 1x medium White Onion, roasted & diced
  • 4 cansRoasted, Diced Green Chiles
  • 2 cansWhite Beans, drained & rinsed
  • 2x Serrano Peppers, roasted & finely chopped
  • 12x Tomatillos, roasted & finely chopped
  • 1/2 bunchCilantro (leaves only), finely chopped
  • 1/4 bunchSpinach (leaves only), finely chopped
  • 2 TbspChicken Bullion Paste
  • 1 cupNegra Modelo
  • 5-6 cupsWater
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Cumin
  • Chile Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Oregano
  • Thyme
  • Tortillas or Tortilla chips
  • Limes

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute chicken, until cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, chile powder

  2. 2

    Add onion, chile's, beans, chopped mixture of cilantro, spinach, Serrano, Tomatillos. Add beer, water, bullion. Add garlic, oregano, thyme. Add sausage pieces.

  3. 3

    Bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer until chicken is tender and water is cooked down to desired level.

  4. 4

    Serve with tortillas and lime wedges.
