Ingredients

Prep time : 10 mins
4-5 servings
  1. 2 cupgreen moong dal (washed and soaked)
  2. 2 inchginger chopped
  3. 4-5green chillies
  4. 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspcumin
  7. 1medium onion chopped
  8. as requiredWater for consistency
  9. 1 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

Prep time : 10 mins

    In blender add soaked green moong dal,green chilli,ginger,salt and black pepper powder.grind them nicely and make paste.

    Now add cumin and chopped onion to the grounded paste mix well and bring it to thick pouring consistency batter with the help of water if needed.

    Heat a pan and spread the batter evenly in circular motion.after some time drizzle oil and flip the chilla to cook both side.
