Ingredients

  1. 1Ripe mango
  2. 1Ripe avocado
  3. 200 gCooked crabmeat
  4. 1/4 tspTruffle paste
  5. 3 tspMayonnaise
  6. Fig, grapes, cherry tomatoes, mint leaves to garnish
  7. Salt and pepper to taste

    Cut mango and avocado into cubes. Mix avocado with a pinch of salt and 1 tsp of mayonnaise to prevent avocado from oxidation

    Mix the cooked crab meat with truffle paste and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper

    Place a metal ring on plate. Use a teaspoon to gently arrange avocado at the bottom of the metal ring, then mango. Top layer with crabmeat

    Gently remove the metal ring. Garnish with mint leaves, tomatoes, fig, grapes (or any colour fruits on hand), enjoy 😋
