Cooking Instructions

Peel the potatoes and cut into 5 mm rectangles.

Soak the potatoes in water (not listed) for 15 minutes.
- 3
Drain the potatoes and stir fry well.
- 4
While you are stir frying the potatoes, boil water in a pan.
- 5
When the water in the pan has come to a boil, transfer the potatoes to this pan (with butter).

When the potatoes are cooked through, dissolve the miso (refer to Helpful Hints).

It's done!
