Ingredients

  1. Check my recipe on shawarma wraps
  2. Cooked Chicken breast
  3. Scotchbonnet & onions
  4. Spices & maggi
  5. Vegetable oil
  6. Sauce
  7. Mayonnaise
  8. Tomato, redpepper & scotch bonnet pulp
  9. Onion
  10. 1/2tspn of salt
  11. 1 tbspnsugar
  12. Water

Cooking Instructions

    Scramble the cooked chicken breast, add seasoning cube & spices, add the grated Scotchbonnets &onions, add the vegetable oil & fry.

    For the sauce add the pulp, sugar, salt, sliced onions, add little water & mixed spice, close it & allow for 3mins, you can see how it became.

  3. 3

    Cut one side of the bread as shown, spread the sauce & put the chicken,wrap gently & serve. Yummy!
