Ingredients

  • Check my recipe on shawarma wraps
    Nigerian shawarma wraps
  • Cooked Chicken breast
  • Scotchbonnet & onions
  • Spices & maggi
  • Vegetable oil
  • Sauce
  • Mayonnaise
  • Tomato, redpepper & scotch bonnet pulp
  • Onion
  • 1/2tspn of salt
  • 1 tbspnsugar
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Scramble the cooked chicken breast, add seasoning cube & spices, add the grated Scotchbonnets &onions, add the vegetable oil & fry.

    For the sauce add the pulp, sugar, salt, sliced onions, add little water & mixed spice, close it & allow for 3mins, you can see how it became.

  3. 3

    Cut one side of the bread as shown, spread the sauce & put the chicken,wrap gently & serve. Yummy!
