Easy and Light Tasting Sautéed Ginger Pork Belly with Ponzu Sauce
This is a dish I make often when I'm busy and don't have much time to cook. It's a life-saver in our house. There's really no need to measure out the ingredients, since the flavor doesn't change that much if you vary the amount. Just eyeball things and you'll be fine! The sourness varies depending on how long you cook the pork after you add the ponzu sauce, so if you don't like sour food, cook it for a bit longer. Crispy Thinly Sliced Pork with Japanese Leeks and Salty Sauce
Our family loves leek-salt sauce with yakiniku (grill or griddle cooked meat) than soy sauce based sauce. The leek-salt sauce they serve at yakiniku restaurant we frequent is so delicious, and seemed easy to recreate, so I tried making it myself. It goes well with chicken karaage (deep fried chicken), so I tried it with thinly sliced pork that was on sale. I also recommend it with crispy chicken skin.I had a lot of oil so I deep fried the meat this time, but you could shallow fry in a frying pan instead. You can coat the meat with potato starch, but if you add rice flour it will be really crispy. The sauce is perfect with stir fried or grilled meats too! Recipe by Recoty

Bean Sprouts With Sesame Vingar Soy Sauce
My mother used to make this for us a lot. It's so light, and I've always loved it.Be sure to squeeze off all the excess moisture from the bean sprouts. If you marinate them for a while in the refrigerator and let the flavors blend together really well, they'll be even more delicious and refreshing. For 1 bag of bean sprouts (200 g). Chinese Cabbage & Bok Choy Salted Pork Belly in Sauce
Back when I was really into salty sauces, I made this using everything I had at home. The vegetables will become tough if you overcook them, so if you think they could be cooked just a bit more, that's a good place to stop the heat. You use the water-dissolved starch to add thickness to the water that's come out from the vegetables. So I think it's okay to only use a little water-dissolved starch. Recipe by chima@.

Korean-Style Sesame Seasoned Burdock with Chili Pepper and Vinegar Miso Sauce
This chili pepper miso sauce with vinegar is a variation of the Korean "Chogochujang" sauce, which is often used for sashimi and seasoning for other dishes. I uploaded this recipe because when I combined the leftover sauce with some burdock, it came out really tasty. You can use the sauce with fresh or boiled vegetables, boiled meat (chicken or pork), or sashimi. It's really delicious and very convenient to make a lot so that you have it in stock. The main point is to thoroughly remove all of the water from the burdock after boiling. This recipe uses Korean brand powdered chili pepper, but if you can't get any, you can use ichimi chili pepper powder. But Japanese chili pepper is really spicy, so adjust it to taste. You can also adjust the amount of vinegar and sugar. Recipe by Heartful Kitchen Rei

Spring Cabbage and Aburaage with Mustard Soy Sauce
I ate this a lot growing up in my parents' home! My grandma used to boil the cabbage, but I save time by microwaving. If you're serving this to adults only, add plenty of mustard - it tastes better. !(^^)! My microwave is 600W. Please adjust the cabbage cooking time depending on the wattage of your microwave as well as the mount of cabbage. I think it's best if you don't over-cook the cabbage, since you can enjoy the flavor better. ♪If you're using regular main-season cabbage, I think it's best to julienne it finely. Recipe by rie-tin
